CONDO SALES PROCESS:
Step #1: Provide a copy of the Bylaws and Declarations to all prospective buyers.
Step #2: When a sales agreement has been finalized, the Board needs to be notified as per the Declarations, the association has the right of first refusal.
Step 3#: Send the title company our contact information so we can provide the title company the information to close.
NOTE: The Board has instituted a $150 transfer fee to the seller when a unit is sold to cover the cost of completing forms and other processing costs.
This fee applies to refinancing of current mortgages as well.
Step #4: Forward the name, email address and billing mailing address of the new owners to Pam Boytim.
NOTE: If you do not have a copy of the Bylaws and Declarations, please contact Pam Boytim. It is very important that all new prospective owners understand this information. Many issues we have experienced, as a community, are directly tied to new owners not understanding this information.
